Whom Do You Thank

Post by pjpearl50 on Sat Feb 07, 2009 3:44 pm

Few people today take the time to write a quick note and say "thank you" to someone who had who has done a nice deed. We wake up in the morning after a nice night's sleep, step out to a warm house, prepare to meet the day. Whom do you thank?
We are safe as we drive through traffic. We have a good day at work. We visit with friends. We come home to a loving family. We have a delicious meal. Whome do we thank?
Can you count the ways God has been present with you in the course of the one day? Have you said, "Thank You!" to Him? He does it because He loves you and not because He wants anything in return....but a thank you would go a long way.

Martin Rinkart suggested:
"Now thank we all our God,
With hearts and hands and voices,
Who wondrous things hath done,
In whome His world refoices."
