I am sending this update to several people at the same time, as I have lost all my phone numbers due to someone stealing my cell phone and laptop from my car.

So After reading this update please First Pray for Andrea and Myself, and second if you would Please Email me your Phone Numbers, and I will enter them into my new phone. and Yes I will make a hard copy this time as well!

First of all! Andrea is doing well! She has been in Foster care since March and was in a shelter for children before that since January 11th 2009.

It is believe that Andrea is possibly suffering from "Borderline Personality Disorder" However, Due to Andrea's young age, they will not diagnose her with it, as no doctor will diagnose a child under 18 with any kind of Personality disorder because their personality is still forming.


The Judge Promised us both that she would Personally find a Good and Safe Foster Home for Andrea to stay in while we deal with these issue's!

I am Happy to say that the Judge did indeed keep her word! and Andrea was placed with a Single Woman Doctor in Iowa not far from Omaha. I am very pleased with this placement and am Very Thankful to Dr. Linda S. for being so kind in both taking Andrea in and looking after her needs, and for keeping me up to date with Andrea's progress.

Ok! Now I'll mention breifly a little about what is going on with myself.
as many of you are aware, I have not been well for sometime! I have been in and out of ER rooms several times over the last several years due to breathing issues.

These breathing issues got conciderly worst while we were living in Georgia, and I had hope that they would improve once we were back here in the Omaha area? I am sad to say that they did not get better, Infact they have gotten worse yet.

I was diagnose with both Asma, Emphizema, and COPD while in Georgia, and that all has been rediagnose here to include the word acute advance and Un-repairable.

My breathing simptons have gotten much worst, as well has my back, Hipps, and Joints, which I have had artoritist in.

I have been to the ER about 5 times since Jan. 2009 and more resently last week.I had been spitting up blood for about 4 or 5 days and than I though up a rather large amount of blood, and decided to go into the ER again.

They ran blood work and took x-rays and had a Cat-Scan done as well. I was in a great deal of pain, and so they gave me morphine through an IV, I do not like morphine as it makes my skin feel like there is a billion bugs crawling all over! anyways I was told about 6 hrs later that it looked like it could possibly be Cancer.

Yesterday, I seen one of my personal Doctor's and she conform that it indeed is cancer! She told me that she would get a byop scheduled so as to Identify the type of cancer that it is! She also informed me that due to the location of the cancer and the poor condition of my lungs already , that surgery may not be possible, and that I should get my house in order!!!

She would not give me a time frame, as she is not sure what kind or type of cancer it is without the Byop. She said it would depend upon the type it is, and how fast it grows.

My Doctors know about the situation with Andrea, and so she suggested that I start making plans for Andrea. So presently this is heavy upon my heart and mind.

I have given much thought to this issue already as I have not been able to think about anything else.

Presently, I am very happy with the placement she is in, and am thinking about asking Dr. Linda S. if she would consider taking Full Custody of Andrea should it be necessary. My only hesitation or concern with Linda would be she is older and I feel that a younger woman would be more beneficial to Andrea. But otherwise Linda would be a good choice!

I would also like to sit down and discus this with Andrea and get her incite to this matter. Right now, Andrea is not aware of this issue, although I feel that I should tell her when the time comes.

I know quite a few people here in the Omaha area, both Christians and Non Christians, But unfortunitly most of the Christians have dis-owned me because of the lies that where spread about me and my previouse ministy efforts,although there are a few who still listen to our Lord, and obey His voice, but those few are mostly up in age, and have raised their own children and are now retired and just trying to live out their own lives.

So this again strenthens my view or thought of asking Dr. Linda S. if she would be interested.

Although there is two others that I would trust with this task. One is our sometimes snobby case worker Brooke, who has been working very hard to help, and she probly would not be so snobby if I had a better attitude with her. But sometimes it seems she is working harder against me than for me. But I would still concider her, as she is very good with children and Andrea trust her!

And then there is Lacy, who Andrea absolutely loves, She works with Andrea quite a bit and Andrea really likes her. She is younger probly around 25 and is married and has kids of her own. and I think she would be a good choice as she is really good with children and Andrea really likes her and trust her.


This is a hard situattion that I must face, and therefore I am asking all my true Brothers and Sisters to lift these matters up to our Lord in Pray. Mainly the situation with Andrea and who I should get to be her care giver for the next 5 yrs and hopefully they will remain like family to Andrea even after she reaches 18.

Also, Please remember to email me your complete Contact info, Please include your mailing address, as I wish to make sure Andrea has this info. so that she will be able to stay in contact with you if she decides too. Many of you have been like family to us both, and I am sure that Andrea will want to stay incontact with some of you.

I welcome your Emails and phone calls, but please no questionears as this is hard enough for me to deal with.

I will send another update when I have more information, and or when I have decided who will take Custody of Andrea when that time comes.
